Lab results from outside labs

A doctor orders a full blood count. A form is filled, a courier takes the sample, and the result comes back as a PDF on WhatsApp or a printout. Someone types it into the EMR.

With Voley: the order leaves the EMR electronically, the lab registers it under its own number, and the validated result lands back in the chart against the right patient and the right order. Status is visible the whole way.

HMO eligibility and claims

Front desk calls the HMO to confirm cover. Pre-authorisations go by phone and email. At month end the claims desk re-formats every bill into each HMO's own spreadsheet and chases rejections one by one.

With Voley: eligibility is checked at registration, pre-auth is requested and tracked in one place, and claims go out in each HMO's required format with every approval reference attached. Rejections come back to one queue.
